Getting started

These guides cover the technical integrations a Conflixis client partner is likely to implement:

  • SFTP — how Conflixis pulls structured data (employees, suppliers) from a server you operate.

Each integration has:

  • An overview that describes the data flow and what Conflixis handles versus what we ask of you.
  • A requirements page listing the exact information we need from your team to get started.
  • Step-by-step pages for common setup tasks.

You’ll typically be working with a named Conflixis contact — your customer success manager or a solutions engineer assigned to your implementation. That person is your single point of contact for:

  • Requesting or provisioning credentials.
  • Sharing configuration details with us securely.
  • Scheduling cutover and testing windows.

If something in these docs is unclear, out of date, or conflicts with what your Conflixis contact has told you, please reach out to them directly. They will loop in the integrations team and we’ll update the relevant page.

  • Code blocks marked with a language (for example, bash, json, csv) are copy-pasteable examples.
  • Fields in monospace refer to exact configuration keys or file contents.
  • Anything marked Preview is not yet available in production. Use those pages to understand upcoming requirements — not to plan a go-live.
